Rosemary Syrup

a lovely refreshing drink



  • 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 400g caster sugar
  • 600ml water


heat the water and sugar in the pan and leave to simmer. wash the rosemary sprigs, and add/ leave for 15-20 minutes to infuse, then strain through a sieve into a bottle.

dilute and serve over ice.
