Easy Chocolate Muffins

Simple and quick chocolate muffins, can be done in 45 minutes

Ingredients

• 2 cups of plain flour
• 1/2 cups of cocoa powder (unsweetened will result in more chocolate-y muffins)
• 1/2 cups of sugar (a little more if you use unsweetened cocoa powder)
• 1tsp baking powder (sometimes i’m lazy and don’t want to measure the half of a 2tsp pack but the whole thing has the same results)
• 2tsp vanilla sugar
• 1 cup of milk
• 2tbsp oil (whatever you like)
• 1 egg
• optional:
• chocolate pieces

Instructions

STEP 1:

Mix everything together, put in muffin tray and bake on 180c (355f) for 20-25 minutes.
