Step 3: # Spoon a lump of custard in the middle of one half of the pastry rectangle. Step 4: # Brush egg along the sides of the rectangle. Step 5: # Fold other half over to envelope custard blob. Step 6: # Use a fold to press down on the edges and seal the custard in the pocket Step 7: # Glaze pastries with egg Step 8: # Bake for around 30min at 180C until golden brown.
