Eggless Biscuit Cake In Microwave

Its very easy and it has ingridients that we can find easilyts

Ingredients

• 1 packet of hide ‘n’ seek biscuits.
• 1 packet of parle g biscuits.
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder or 1 sachet of non flavored eno.
• 1 cup of milk
• vanilla essence (3-4 drops only )
• little butter for greasing

Instructions

STEP 1:

1.Grind both the biscuits like powder and empty in a large bowl.

STEP 2:

2.Add milk and sugar to the mixture.

STEP 3:

3. Mix it well.

STEP 4:

4.Add baking powder and vanilla essence to the batter.Mix it well?

STEP 5:

5.Grease the mould and put it in microwave for 3 mins (max.5 mins)

STEP 6:

6. Take out the cake and put a toothpick in it and if the toothpick comes out clean, your delicious cake is ready!!!!

STEP 7:

*for decorations you can use chocolate syrup on top.

STEP 8:
