Step 1:

  • 1. Get your ingredients out and ready

  • 2. Crack the eggs into a jug and mix with cheese and a little milk

    • Step 3:

  • 3. Using a frying pan heat the oil and warm the ham and onion

    • Step 4:

  • 4. Then add the egg mixture

    • Step 5:

  • 5. Pull back the edge letting uncooked mix go to the edge to cook evenly

    • Step 6:

  • 6. When only a bit of mix is uncooked try and flip if unsuccessful then flip the bits over it’ll still taste good wait till cooked to your preference

    • Step 7:

  • 7. Voila your omelette is done
