Baked Spicy Salmon

Mouth watering tender salmon cubes!



  • 300g salmon chopped into 2 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp dried fenugreek
  • 1/2 cup of natural or greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • small piece (1 inch) ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 tbsp tandoori (red) masala
  • 1 tbsp oil


1) mix all the ingredients in a food processor except salmon

2) marinade salmon with this paste and leave for 30 minutes

3) grill at gas mark 7 for 5-10 minutes on each side until slightly brown

4) eat with chips of stuff in pitta with ketchup and enjoy as a posh burger!
