Fish And Rice

Quick and delicious!



  • 1 pack prawns
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 smoked mackerel filets
  • Rice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Lemon


Cook salmon and mackerel according to packet instructions.

In the meantime, chop the onion and garlic, fry until soft and put to one side

Cook rice according to packet, once water has dried, add the onions, garlic and prawns and mix together. Leave on the hob until prawns are hot.

Once fish is cooked, cut into cubes and mix in with the rice mixture.

Serve in a bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.

    this recipe seems to be rather pricie but i m going to try it because i think the health benifits out number the actual cost.
