Lemon Crab Spaghetti

Really tasty and quick, serves 2



  • 1 tin of cooked white crab meat
  • 2 shallots, diced or 1 small onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • a little olive oil
  • 150g of spaghetti
  • 1 lemon
  • a little fresh parsley (optional)


Put the spaghetti on to boil according to instructions.

meanwhile fry up the diced shallots and garlic in a little olive oil in a frying pan. Do not allow to stick or burn.

for the last few minutes of the spaghetti cooking, add the crab meat to the frying pan with the shallots and garlic just to warm it through.

serve the spaghetti and then serve the shallot garlic and crab mixture on top. Squeeze the lemon over the whole thing. Add the chopped parsley. Mix it up and enjoy!
