Oriental Style Ginger Garlic Dory Fillet

Quick grilled dory



  • * frozen dory fish fillets
  • * garlic, minced
  • * spring onions and ginger sliced thinly
  • * salt and pepper to taste
  • * soy sauce


* defrost the fillets, dab excess water with kitchen paper, season with salt and pepper on both side

* heat olive oil and grill fillets until thoroughly cooked, set aside

* heat up olive oil, toss in minced garlic, do not let brown

* put in some soy sauce, salt and pepper, spring onions and ginger, and just a little bit of water to form a thin sauce

* let simmer for a minute and pour on top of fish fillets
