Salmon Wrap

Published by Kerrie

easy lunch

55%

Ingredients

  • tinned salmon,
  • soft cheese e.g. philadelphia,
  • mayonnaise (i prefer low fat stuff as it makes it lighter), lemon juice,
  • lettuce,
  • tortillas

Method

Flake the tinned salmon. Add soft cheese and mayonnaise in roughly equal proportions and mix to achieve a pate consistency. Mix in lemon juice to taste and season if required (it doesn't really need salt but is very nice with some black pepper, or cayenne pepper if you want to give it a bit more kick). Spread it over a tortilla and add some lettuce, wrap it up and voila!

It also works pretty well with tuna, or pilchards if you are feeling adventurous...

OHHH MY.... THAT SOUNDS REALLY GOOD! too bad i don't have tinned salmon.
p.s if i were to make it i wouldn't add mayo, because i dont like it. i also wouldn't add pepper
