Seared Ahi Or Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • SHUSHI GRADE ahi or mahi mahi. 3-4 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve with wasabi and soy sauce.

Method

Heat olive oil in pan over med-high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add fish and cook for 20-30 seconds on each side (or longer depending on how done you like your fish). Slice and serve with wasabi and soy sauce. You can serve over jasmine rice and make to make it a more balanced meal.
