Tilapia Au-Navan

Incredibly cheap and tastes amazing



  • Tilapia Fillets (~1 per person) or any other white fish
  • Flour
  • Pepper
  • Citrus Pepper saltless seasoning (optional)
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • milk


1. Combine flour, pepper, and citrus seasoning in a shallow dish.

2. fill another shallow dish with some milk.

3. Heat skillet (medium), add about 1tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter. let melt until butter bubbles.

4. Take fillets, coat with milk then coat with flour mixture.

5. Transfer fish to skillet and let cook, about 5 minutes per side. (the thinner the fish the less time it'll take to cook) until brown.

6. Serve over a bed of pasta or rice!
