-In a rice cooker or pot, cook your white rice. (obviously follow cook instructions typically 1-1/2 cups rice to 2 cups water)
-Plate your white rice
-Add 1 can of tuna to rice (2 cans if you want)
-Top with a gentle amount of soy sauce -do not soak or it will be to salty!!
-Sprinkle shredded seaweed on top (optional)
-Healthy and super cheap to make
-Can serve multiple meals for some people or 1-2 filling meals for a hungry person.
-Total cost of this meal is extremely CHEAP!
10$ for a decent bag of white rice which you can use to make this again 10 more times. 38 cents a can of tuna, stock up on tuna for 5 bucks.
Separately you like fried food and bread, so why don't you try them together instead??
