1- Spread the oil/butter thoroughly around the pan (should work with this much oil/butter)
2- Put 1 Egg in and before the egg white hardens put the half can of tuna within the egg white, spread around the egg white and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
3- Make sure your fish cake is in the grill/oven.
4- sprinkle herbs or basil on egg (add honey if you want)
5- Turn the egg over carefully as tuna should now be within the egg white.
6- get two pieces of bread, put the tuna-egg on one bread then place lettuce over it with sauce and place fishcake on top of the lettuce (add cheese if you want). Then put the bread on top and press-down to flatten the fishcake so it spreads (cut it in half).
7- Ready to eat, So give it a go.
