Tuna Hash - Easy!

Easy way to use up leftover mashed spuds



  • Cold mashed potato
  • Can of tuna
  • Can of sweetcorn
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 a chopped onion
  • Dried/fresh chives
  • S+P


Mix everything together in a bowl - it will look really weird but taste yummy!

Fry off in a frying pan until it has a bubble & squeak consistency - it doesn't have to be browned.
