STEP 1:

1) Mix flour, ground pepper and chilli powder.

2) Coat chicken entirely with flour mixture.

3) Heat oil until very hot, but not smoking, fry chicken pieces for 5 minutes turning regularly to ensure they don’t burn.

4) When cooked, remove from pan and place on kitchen paper to get rid of any excess oil.
