Step 3: mix in half the sugar (50g) into the flour/butter mixture Step 4: cut the fruit up into similar sizes so it cooks evenly Step 5: put the fruit in a large, oven suitable dish and sprinkle on the rest of the sugar Step 6: put the flour/butter crumble topping evenly on top Step 7: put in the oven for 30/40 minutes, or until the crumbles brown Step 8: serve with a big dollop of ice cream, cream or custard.
