  • Cut up the jelly and dissolve it in 100ml of boiling water (you may need to use the microwave).

  • add 250ml cold tonic water and the 250ml oliver twist london distilled gin, to make up 600ml.

  • pour into plastic shot glasses and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
