5 A Day Pasta Bake

Quick easy and cheap way to get your 5 a day

Ingredients

  • 1 packet wholegrain pasta
  • 1 can of tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion - diced
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 handful of mushroom's
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 sprinkle of dried oregano if you have it

Method

1 -preheat oven to 180 degrees

2 - empty out the uncooked packet of wholegrain pasta into your baking dish

3- slosh the chopped tomatoes over it and mix the two together

4- chop all your veggies, and throw them in aswell, mixing them through with the dried oregano

5- place in top shelf of oven for 40-45 minutes.
