Avocado Sandwich Spread

Quick and healthy spread


  • * avocado diced to 1 cm
  • * grated cheddar
  • * hard boiled egg, yolk separated, white diced
  • * flavourless non sweet mayonnaise
  • * sugar, salt and pepper


* mix mayonnaise and egg yolks

* add egg white, avocado and grated cheese

* season with sugar, salt and pepper to taste, mix well

you can add some roasted pistachios / ground nut for some crunch

use as sandwich spread
