Easy baked omelettes

Ingredients

  • 1 cupcake/muffin tin or ramekins
  • eggs
  • tomatos
  • chives/onions
  • milk
  • salt/pepper

Method

Crack whole eggs into bowl

add -sliced tomato

- chopped onion/chives

-splash of milk

-salt and pepper

mix together

pour mixture into ramekins or muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees or until lightly browned

these can be popped out and put in the fridge for easy breakfast/snack! Eaten cold or microwaved
