Beef Noodles With Veg And Chillie Sauce

Supernoodles with mixes veg and chillie dipping sauce



  • 1 packet- beef flavour supernoodles.
  • 2/3 red, triple and green peppers cut to half cm squares.
  • 2 carrots cut to half cm squares
  • 1small red and white onion finely diced.
  • olive oil to fry with.
  • salt and pepper.
  • 1tsp- saffron, chillie powder, ginger and mint. ( optional)
  • 35'ml sweet chillie dipping sauce.
  • 350ml water


1- gather ingredients and follow there steps. In and medium sized frying pan or wok cook without adding to much colour the peppers, carrots and onions for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan to a bowl.

2- heat water in same pan and cook the noodles with the spices, letting all the water to be absorbed. About 7-10 minutes.

3- re-add the veg to the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Now mis in the chillie sauce and mix well. Season to serve and enjoy.
