1. Whisk egg in a bowl and mix in coconut till combined
2. Heat frying pan on medium heat then pour mixture into the middle. Flip after 4 min or when surface is smooth cook till other side is smooth
perfect for a low fat filling snack or breakfast
easy and delicious
Sweet pancake with a different delicious taste....you can eat as a snack...breakfast..or at party!!!
