Coconut Rice (nasi Lemak In Malaysia)

Coconut lovers

Ingredients

  • Make for 1( add more rice and milk proportionally for additional people)
  • 1. 150 ml coconut milk
  • 2. 1 cup of rice
  • 3. 100 ml of water
  • 4. 2 knots of pandan leaves ( optional for fragrance)
  • 5. A few pieces of fenugreek ( if you have them lying around the kitchen)
  • pinches of salt

Method

1. Wash the rice and place it into the rice cooker

2. Add in the milk, water, salt and pandan leaves and stir well

3. And switch on the rice cooker and cook it as per normal

you can eat it with fried chicken, eggs , fried anchovies.
