Slice the pepper so you have a whole and fair size slice.
place this in the frying pan and cook for a few seconds.
break your egg in the middle of the pepper and it will spread and stay inside the pepper if you have cut the pepper large enough.
you can leave the egg unscrambled or scrambled.
flip the egg and pepper continuously until cooked.
add pepper and or salt for seasoning, or ketchup, whatever you prefer.
