Flex Seeds Dry Powder

Healthy and tasty with dosa or chapatti / Serves: 5 / Nutritional info: Flex seeds are good for resistance power


  • Flex seeds-2 cups
  • Ground nut -1 cup
  • Red dry chilly-12
  • Dry coconut -1 cup
  • Kari leaves-1 hand full
  • Garlic -2 full
  • Salt -to taste
  • Tamrind -1medium


As it is a dry item fry all the ingredients individually for 5 mins each let it cool

Then add salt and grind for making powder


It can be kept more than a month

When ur eating add ghee for flavour and more taste
