Greg Curry Pudding

A spicy alternative to our childhood favorite; rice pudding.


  • Powdered coconut milk
  • rice
  • oignon
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • honey


Ok so i love asian food and always end up with rice or pasta and my endless supplies of curry ingredients, but i always forget meat! Anyway, tasty and filling alternative! Great for munchies; you get the spicy, the sweet and the salty!

cook the rice as you normally would

a couple of minutes before the rice is ready stir in the coconut milk powder (the excess water should make it a bit soupy) and green curry paste (half a tea spoon for mild)

, let it sizzle, stirring occasionally until it has the consistency of risotto.

pour a little oil in a pan and add the ginger, garlic and onion.

when they are golden add a few drops of water and stir in the honey. Let it sizzle.

add coconut powder to the mixture.

serve rice with a spoonful of the ggo sauce and enjoy.

pairs nicely with a bit of mango chutney!
