Mango,kale,orange and banana

Ingredients

  • -1/2 mango
  • - banana
  • -1/2 cup orange juice
  • -1/2 raw kale
  • - 4 ice cubes (optional)

Method

1- chop half a mango

2- chop a banana

3- add half a cup of orange juice

4- add half a cup of raw kale

5- add ice cubes

6-blend together until smooth

    Kale is one of the super super foods- well worth using - just don't mind the colour it makes your smootie

    Kale is a vegetable and yes you can eat it raw straight for the package, maybe wash it first.
