Healthy Wrap Pizza

Wrap + Tomato + Toppings = Pizza / Serves: 1


  • - 1 tortilla wrap
  • 2-3 tbsp passata
  • grated cheese (e.g. mozzarella)
  • onion
  • red pepper
  • aubergine
  • sweetcorn
  • any topping you like


Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Once the oven is hot, place your tortilla wrap on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put into the oven for 2-3 minutes. This will make the wrap less “floppy”. You want it to firm up slightly, but not be crispy. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly.

Chop/slice your toppings. Cut them quite small/finely so ensure they cook quickly.

Spread the passata over the wrap. Then place all of your toppings (apart from the cheese) evenly on your pizza.

Return to wrap pizza to the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle over the cheese and bake for a further 5-10 mins, or until the cheese has melted.

Enjoy on its own or with a side salad.
