Muesli Smoothie

Drink it on the go / Serves: 1 / Nutritional info: You can change the whatever milk you'd like. You can also add whatever frozen fruit into the smoothie.


  • 1 Cup milk or soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup toasted muesli
  • 3 TBSP fruit yoghurt


1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

(You can add ice, if you'd like it a bit colder)
