Nutty Breakfast...

Its a nutty and healthy breakfast....


  • Choped almond.
  • choped walnut.
  • choped banana.
  • some granola or normal cornflakes.
  • 1tsp sugar liquid.
  • choped dates.
  • 1tsp warm drinking water.


First take a desert bowl put 1tsp of fine sugar and 1tsp of normal drinking water mix it and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds,after 30 seconds take your bowl out you see your sugar is changed into liquid then put your choped bananas,almonds,walnuts and dates mix it well then take your granola or normal cornflakes put it in your bowl and mix it.If you want to aad milk you can.
