1) peel kumara with a knife and cut them into quarters or pieces of a reasonable size.
2) boil for 20 minutes in pot or until soft.
3) mash in bowl and add half the tin of pineapple juice (or enough so that you can taste it, not too much or it gets mushy) and the margarine or butter.
4) put the mash in a loaf tin evenly and lay two pineapple rings over top of it, sprinkle lightly with brown sugar and put in oven at 180 degrees celcius on bake. Bake until golden brown on top.
