Roasted Brocolli

Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • garlic paste / 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)

Method

Pre heat the oven at 120 celsius.

cut up the broccoli in small to medium pieces

mix the olive, garlic paste / chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste

even it out on a baking tray and cook at 120 celsius for 15-20 mins.

can serve with mayonnaise.
