Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • baby spinach two handfuls
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/2 orange

Method

Blend together two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, and a ½ and orange. Once blended to your liking, enjoy.

drink this smoothie for breakfast as it will give you a ton of energy to help get you through the day. Drink this daily and watch the pounds come off!!
