Instructions

STEP 1:

oil

Boil the egg for about 10 minutes depending on your elevation.

STEP 2:

spinach

put baby spinach on a plate, as much as you want.

STEP 3:

tomato

cut up the tomato in the size and shape you want and put it on the salad.

STEP 4:

shell the egg and cut it into discs. Put the discs all over your salad.

STEP 5:

mix it all up.

STEP 6:

eat with dressing and/or grated cheese.

STEP 7:

yogurt

it’s also really yummy with plain yogurt.
