Tuna Pasta Salad

Tuna pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 80-100g fusilli pasta
  • 1 tin of tuna in olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of sweet corn
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 1 small carrot

Method

Put your pasta on the hob to boil. Whilst it's left to boil finely chop the red pepper and onion. Grate the carrot and place the sweetcorn on a chopping board with the other veg. When the pasta is ready place it in a pan of cold water and let it sit until cool. Once cool drain the pasta and place it in a large bowl/pan along with the red pepper ,carrot ,sweet corn , onion , pepper , salt and oil from the tuna. Mix all that together then add the mayonnaise mix evenly then add the red wine vinegar. Stir evenly then place it in a bowl , add the tuna on top then serve.
