  • Rub the flour and margerine together in a large bowl until it resembles breadcrumbs. stir in the sugar. Add a few tablespoons of milk and bring together until it forms a dough. Pull off small chunks, roll into balls and flatten. Make a well in the middle of each biscuit, using your thumb. Fill with jam. Bake for around 15 minutes, or until slightly golden.
