Step 1:

  • melt butter and crushed digsetives in a pan and 20g of sugar and stir together
  • Step 2:

  • lay crushed digestives mixture into a cake tin and press down making the mixture compact
  • Step 3:

  • now using a beater or whisk beat coconut milk cream and cream cheese and remaing suger together until mixture is dense and not runny
  • Step 4:

  • then add mixture ontop of digestives
  • Step 5:

  • smooth it out and leave mixture in fridge to set
  • Step 6:

  • add cocnut shavings to garnish
