1. Place the lamb, herbs, and olive oil in a pan and leave to marinate for about half an hour (it can be less if you havn't got the time).
2. Add vegetables, all the vegetables can bee replaced with other ones to taste.
3. leave to simmer on a low heat unit all vegatables are soft.
4. cook rice and serve straight away.
