Roughly chop the onion into chunks.
blend together the onion chunks,garlic,red chill,cumin and herbs using a blender for about 40 seconds until it forms a paste.(you could add salt for flavour)
then mix in the paste with the mince using a tablespoon. (at this stage you could add more herbs if you like.)
next spoon some mixture into your hands and shape the mixture into round balls.
brush a little oil over each kofta and grill them in an oven at 180 degrees for around 10- 12 minutes until the meat is cooked.
