Lush Roast Lamb With Lemon + Rosemary

  • - shoulder of lamb
  • - lemon juice
  • - rosemary sprigs
  • - dash olive oil -- essential


- set oven to 220degrees

- place your lamb on a ovenproof dish + arrange your rosemary on top and drizzle the lemon juice and oligve oil in top

- put in the oven for about 2hrs until the lamb has thoroughly
