Step 1:

  • boil the brussel sprouts in a pot filled with water, don’t use the lid though, their colour will fade
  • Step 2:

  • make the cous cous, by simply mixing it with hot water
  • Step 3:

  • put some olive oil on the pan and cook the fish for about 10 to 15min
  • Step 4:

  • voila, a nice combination of flavours is ready
