Name: Nutella Mug Cake!
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons self-raising flour; 4 tablespoons sugar; 1 egg; 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder; 3 tablespoons nutella; 3 tablespoons milk; 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil; ******; whipped cream topping ( if desired); ½ cup heavy cream; 1 tablespoon sugar

Step 1:

1.Combine all ingredients in a large microwaveable coffee mug.

Step 2:

2. Whisk well until smooth.

Step 3:

3. Microwave on high for 1½? 3 minutes. (time depends on microwave; mine took 1½ minutes.)

Step 4:

4. Add heavy cream to a bowl.

Step 5:

5. Whip on medium-high speed until almost stiff.

Step 6:

6. Add sugar and beat until heavy cream forms stiff peaks.

Step 7:

7. Top with whipped cream.
