  • 1. preheat your oven to about 180 degrees.

  • 2. peel and boil the potatos.

  • 3. rub some flour onto the kitchen surface and roll out the pastry into a rectangle shape.

  • 4. Cut up the onion and spring onions and grate the cheese.

  • 5. with a knife make small slits down the sides of the pastry (Not from the middle) this sort of shape <– (Note this part is difficult to describe!)

  • 5. When the potatos have boiled, mash them up and add the cheese, spring onion and onion into the mash potato and mix it well.
