Step 1: 1. preheat your oven to about 180 degrees.
Step 3: 2. peel and boil the potatos.
Step 5: 3. rub some flour onto the kitchen surface and roll out the pastry into a rectangle shape.
Step 7: 4. Cut up the onion and spring onions and grate the cheese.
Step 9: 5. with a knife make small slits down the sides of the pastry (Not from the middle) this sort of shape <– (Note this part is difficult to describe!)
Step 11: 5. When the potatos have boiled, mash them up and add the cheese, spring onion and onion into the mash potato and mix it well.
Step 13: 6. Add the mashed potato mixture into the middle of the pastry
Step 15: 7. Fold up the slits you did earlier into the middle of the pastry.
Step 17: 8. use egg to wipe over the top of the pastry to make it stick together.
Step 19: 9. Put into the oven for about 30- 35 mins and serve with salad.
Step 21: and there you have it your very own potato pastry type thing. (Honestly it sounds gross, but its lovely! I made it years ago!!)
