Peel your banana, cut a little pocket into it
put chocolate cubes into your pocket
wrap in tin foil
place on baking tray
bake at 150c in the oven, and keep checking every minute or so- it's ready when the banana is hot and squishy and the chocolate is melted
place on plate, unwrap and carefully eat straight out of tin foil!
great for bbqs- just grill instead of baking!
quick and yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
Very simple, but surprisingly tasty! great as a snack or a light lunch
