Cheese Twirls

Ingredients

  • 375g pack ready rolled puff pastry , thawed if frozen
  • 6 tbsp ready made pasta sauce (not too chunky)
  • 100g wafer thin ham
  • 100g mature cheddar , grated
  • 1 egg , beaten
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs

Method

1.pre heat ven to gas mark 6

2.roll the puff pastry out to about 40 times 32

3.springle cheese and ham on top but you may use chicken

4.roll into a long sausauge shape and wrap in cling film and place in fridge for 10 mins

5.take out fridge and cut in to 12 equal bits

6.glaze with egg

7.then 6.place on a greased baking tray and cook on middle shelf for 10-12 mins

7.leave to cool for 5-10 mins and then ENJOY IT! simple X
