Boil rice until water is absorbed (or use Uncle Ben's microwaveable Basmati if you can't be bothered). Meanwhile heat peas through in a pan, drain and set aside. Fry bacon until very crispy, crumble into rice and mix in peas. Crack egg into frying pan and sort of scramble it, but without milk. Mix egg and spices until cooked egg pieces are small, then mix spiced egg pieces into rice, peas and bacon. Serve.
