Ingredients

Makes 12:
4 onz self-raising flour.
4 onz caster sugar
4 onz butter (stork)
2 free range eggs
3 tsp coffee granuals
75 ml hot but not boiling water

Instructions

STEP 1:

sugar

Step 1: in a mixing bowl whisk the flour, egg, butterand sugar together till it has a creamy smooth texture.

STEP 2:

coffee

step 2: add the disolved coffee and mex well.

STEP 3:

step 3: divede the mixture evanly into the 12 cupcake cases. Cok in an oven for 10-15 minutes and 180’c gas mark 4.

STEP 4:

step 4: leave to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy.
