Creamy Mac N' Cheese

So creamy and delicious try it. hope you enjoy.



  • 2- 1lb packs of elbows
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups monteray jack cheese (or any melty cheese you prefer)
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tbs butter (or if you want to add more go ahead)


First boil macaroni according to package. Then strain well finish. Stir in butter, milk, eggs until all incorporated. It's best when doing this to have on low heat. Then add the cheese gradually until all mealty the last you add the sour cream and this is what gives it this creamy texture.
