Filled Eggs

Deliciously filled eggs, nice on side plates



  • Eggs
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonaise
  • Paprika


Boil some eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yellow yolk, and mush them into crumbs with a fork. Then, take a good dollop of ketchup and mush it in with the yolk. Do the same with the mayo. Keep mushing with the fork until you have a good, creamy mixture. Add some paprika and mix it in. This is almost the same as thousand island sauce.

Then, take your boiled eggs and spoon the filling into the hollow bits. Sprinkle with paprika and put it on a side plate. Sooo yummy.

    My mum used to make these all the time but instead of taking the yolk out just spreading the tomato and mayo mixed together over the top of the half sliced eggs!!!
